The first Thanksgiving at school was celebrated in a small circle in the school garden. The gifts the kids brought to school were placed into the middle accompanied by a cross and the spell "Thank You". Pater Altmann told a story that made the kids think about being thankful. The kids read intercedes both in English and German. Songs and personal thoughts of the kids made this Thanksgiving especially great.
