Already six weeks after the school start, a number of motivated students attempted to take part in a competition, only after a short preparation time. On Thursday, October 12th, 23 students went to the Cross-Country Run, organized by the SMS Gföhl. Excitement and motivation had reached peak level on this day. After warm-up, the 2nd grade girls achieved 7. Place for team ranking. The 2nd grade boys’ teams were ranked 10th and 4th place, even bringing home a cup for the most successful regular school of this age range. Furthermore, the three 3rd grade girls gave their best during the run. At last, the 3rd grade boys were able to be ranked 5th as a team. The students were able to collect a range of valuable and positive information at this competitive event. It surely is worth mentioning that they were able to compete against school with a specific focus on sports. The cup and documents are to be viewed in the school.
