On Friday, October 13th, the HLF school Krems for tourism invited the students of ISK third class for their day of open doors. Both the teachers and pupils received us with a diverse and interesting programme. Firstly, we attended a lemonade- and burger-workshop with subsequent tasting. Secondly, they had a lesson in IT, and thirdly language tasks in Spanish, Russian and French. After an entertaining language theater that shed some light on the students’ (future) responsibilities, we were treated with a three-course menu, made by the practice kitchen. Our students not only had the opportunity for insights into a higher educational school, but also into a possible occupation.
