At the International School Krems @ Göttweig, “Catholic Private Schools Day” was all about community, responsibility, and professional development. Both the elementary school and the junior high school began this special day together with a morning prayer, thereby sending a clear message of unity and values in action.

Following this, teachers from both schools participated in a first-aid refresher course. The goal of the training was to refresh knowledge of important emergency procedures and gain confidence in handling emergency situations. At the same time, this made an important contribution to being able to provide quick and competent assistance in everyday school life—in the spirit of serving others.

In addition to the professional content, the joint day also provided an opportunity for exchange, networking, and conscious experience of community within the team. The combination of a spiritual opening, practical professional development, and time spent together made the “Day of Catholic Private Schools” a valuable experience for both school locations.
